For most of my life I’ve looked outside of myself for happiness to no avail. Materialism, relationships and attachment to past/future ideas and events often seem like a solution to the dullness of everyday living. Through regular yoga practice and self enquiry I began to notice the peace in the present, and what truly serves my authentic self.
